(UNIFED) Vimal Raja Towers, Oppo Jayamma Eye Hospital, Rr Peta Road, Ajit Singh Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-520015 is registered hereby as a Multi State Cooperative Society under section 7 of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) and the rules framed thereunder.

The Registration Number of the Federation is MSCS/CR/1536/2024.

The area of operation of the Federation shall be confined to the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi.

(a)Objects:

• The principal objective of the Federation is to promote the social and economic betterment of its members through self-help and mutual aid, in accordance with cooperative principles. These principles include voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, member's economic participation, autonomy and independence, education, training, information, cooperation among cooperatives, and concern for the community.
• To engage in the import and export of goods, agricultural produce, products, logistics, and other goods & items.
• To promote and brand goods and products globally.
• To create a global ecosystem for export marketing and infrastructure to support the promotion of members' societies.
• To organize workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance members' skills and capabilities in areas such as international trade practices, documentation, and logistics etc.
• To implement and promote Government schemes for the development and welfare of members.
